Action and Indication: This formula regulates the Qi; resolves Damp Phlegm; is an expectorant; sedative; clears Gallbladder; soothes the Stomach.  It is used to help a person who has a lot of Phlegm and is timid due to the imbalance between the Gallbladder and the Stomach.  Related symptoms are: nausea; vomiting; profuse foamy, white color sputum; dizziness; vertigo; palpitation; insomnia; timidity; restlessness; anxiety; nervousness; seizures accompanied by profuse sputum; focal distention of the chest; bitter taste in the mouth; mild thirst.  Tongue usually has a greasy coating.  Pulse is usually slippery.
