Dang Shen 党参(Codonopsis Radix)                10.5%

Fu Ling 茯苓(Poria Cocos)                         10.5%

Bai Zhu 白朮(Atractylodes Rhizoma) 10.5%

Shan Yao 山药(Dioscorea Rhizoma)                10.5%

Zhi Gan Cao 炙甘草(Glycyrrhiza Radix (Honey Baked)) 3.5%

Sha Ren 砂仁(Amomum Fructus)                    5.3%

Lian Zi 莲子(Nelumbo Semen (Lotus Seed) )        10.5%

Jie Geng 桔梗(Platycodon Radix)              3.5%

Yi Yi Ren 薏苡仁(Coix Semen)                    5.3%

Bian Dou 扁豆(Dolichos Semen)               10.5%

Da Zao 大枣( Ziziphus Fructus )                       14.1%

Chen Pi 陈皮(Citrus Reticulata (Peel))      5.3%

 

Action and Indication:  This formula replenishes Qi, strengthens the Spleen and Stomach, resolves Dampness and food stagnancy due to Spleen Deficiency.  It is used for a person with dampness due to Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency.  It is used for such symptoms as:  weak muscle strength of the arms and legs, abdominal distension, indigestion, vomit, diarrhea, pale face, palpitations. Continual use will invigorate vital energy, activate the Spleen-energy and strengthen the body’ resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors.  It is also indicated for

leukorrhagia, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis.

 

主治﹕健脾强胃，除湿化滞，用于脾胃虚弱，慢性肠炎、病后腹泻者、食欲不振、消化不良症、小儿发育障碍，多病少气，胸中痞满、噫、呕、呕逆，心悸，胸中摇动，气喘，泄泻及伤寒咳嗽。此药和而不热，久服则养气，育神，醒脾，悦色，顺气，辟邪，及用于妇人之白带及崩漏。
