Action and Indication: This formula clears Heat; helps stop itching by dispelling pathogenic Wind and cooling Blood; removes Dampness.  It is used to help a person with Wind-Heat or Wind-Dampness that invades the body.  Related symptoms are: skin problems with internal Heat or copious secretions; prickly heat; itchiness; profuse perspiration; thirsty; skin rashes; poison ivy; skin allergies.  Tongue usually has a white or yellow coating.  Pulse is usually floating, rapid and forceful.
